Oakland University Joins PPI Center as Partner University

We are pleased to announce that Oakland University has joined PPI Center as a partner university in collaboration with the University of Colorado Boulder and Oregon State University.


Oakland's expertise in secure and intelligent transportation, software engineering, explainable multimodal distributed intelligence, AI and digital twins, and smart energy is key to helping our industry members build applications that predict, automate, detect and diagnose, making businesses operate more efficiently.


Dr. Marouane Kessentini and Associate Professor Khalid Malik will oversee the PPI research projects at Oakland University.


Learn more about the strengths these three university partners, in collaboration with the National Science Foundation (NSF), are bringing to industry.
